Job Description

The Business Analyst Partner is responsible for identifying important Real Estate milestones and areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen processes to the various Telecommunications Deployment teams.  Problem solving and critical thinking is essential to help implement real estate benchmarks.  Analysis of data and reporting to facilitate budget management and financial KPIs. 

  • Assist in the development of network deployment strategies and develop tools in accordance with the company's financial deadlines and parameters; 
  • Find innovative and creative ways to improve the effectiveness of the department; 
  • Coordinate meetings with the stakeholders involved to understand the needs of the different groups in order to provide better support;  
  • Identify real estate milestones that need attention; 
  • Prepare reports to monitor the progress of projects; 
  • Continuously improve the database interface; 
  • Develop indicators for the management of projects; 
  • Continuously update real estate processes; 
  • Support the training of the various real estate teams to use the tools put in place (e.g. GDS, GDB) 
  • Ensure that the mandates are carried out within the established deadlines, the resources available and the allocated budget; 
  • Facilitate and contribute to any key initiative projects with high impact, requested by upper management.

Qualifications

  • Telecommunications training and experience in Real Estate, BA degree or equivalent;  
  • Be proactive, dynamic and show leadership, creative thinker and problem solver; 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; 
  • Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, KIP reporting, Pivot tables, V-Lookup, Powerpoint.
