Job Description
Reporting to the Change Control Manager, the Change Control Specialist is called upon to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Support the design, development, delivery of project;
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change for project readiness;
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics for production traffic migration;
- Integrate change management activities into project plan;
- Define and measure success metrics and ensure change progress;
- Manage the project change portfolio;
- Project action Tracking and report issues;
- Support end to end User acceptance testing with Vendor;
- Consult and coach project teams to Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
