Short Description

Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, this brand-new role offers a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up and deliver it end to end. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, obsessed with the customer and relentless about getting things done.

 

As Marketing Associate, you’ll take full ownership of creating and executing campaigns that drive customer retention, growth, product adoption, and revenue. You’ll shape content and experiences across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our customer-first mission.

Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Define, build, deliver Own the customer journey end-to-end by spotting opportunities and delivering customer focused experiences that positively impact how customers interact and engage with our brand. 
  • Drive content creation – Write and adapt compelling, customer-focused content for email, SMS, web, and other touchpoints that align with business objectives, customer experience brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Digital, Automation, Care, Sales, Brand, Agency, etc.) to ensure campaigns are consistent and intuitive.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables – Track campaign schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor performance and drive optimizations – Use key metrics to assess campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed – Keep up with marketing trends and best practices to support innovative approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in business or marketing
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Hybrid role based in our Toronto office
