Short Description
Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, the Marketing Associate plays a key role in delivering campaigns that drive customer retention, growth, product adoption, and revenue. This role takes ownership of content creation and delivery, ensuring campaigns are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance. Success requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Execute integrated campaigns – Implement campaign plans across channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Drive content creation – Write and adapt compelling, customer-focused content for email, SMS, web, and other touchpoints that align with business and customer experience objectives.
- Collaborate across teams – Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Digital, Automation, Care, Sales, Brand, Agency, etc.) to ensure campaigns are consistent and intuitive.
- Maintain compliance and brand standards – Ensure campaigns meet brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and privacy standards.
- Manage timelines and deliverables – Track campaign schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Monitor performance and drive optimizations – Use key metrics to assess campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed – Keep up with marketing trends and best practices to support innovative approaches.
- Contribute to team culture – Build strong relationships and support a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Proven ability to write clear, engaging, customer-focused content
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and proactive approach
- Agency experience an asset
- Telecom experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Hybrid role based in our Toronto office
