Job Description
As our digital ecosystem continues to evolve, we’re looking for a Digital Experience Student to join our team for a one-year university internship.
At Freedom Mobile, digital is a core part of how customers discover, shop, and manage their relationship with us. This role is designed for someone who wants real exposure to how a digital organization operates behind the scenes, at the intersection of analytics, UX, QA, and digital operations.
You’ll work closely with our Digital Experience team and support the execution and quality of our web platforms, helping ensure our digital experiences remain accurate, performant, and continuously improving.
What you’ll get exposure to:
- Supporting digital performance reporting and analytics requests
- Validating data accuracy and coordinating with analytics teams
- Performing QA across devices, browsers, and releases
- Assisting with website updates and content validation
- Supporting A/B testing and optimization initiatives
- Collaborating with marketing, design, analytics, and technology teams
Qualifications
- Is curious about how digital products really work behind the scenes
- Pays attention to details and enjoys solving problems
- Is comfortable working with data, testing, and structured processes
- Can collaborate easily with both technical and non-technical teams
- Is organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Has an interest in UX, analytics, digital marketing, or product operations
- Is eager to learn and grow through hands-on experience
