Reporting to the Director, Corporate Reporting, the Senior Data & Reporting Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for enterprise analytics and advanced reporting solutions. The incumbent leads strategic data initiatives, drives organizational analytics transformation, and establishes analytics standards across business units while providing thought leadership on emerging data technologies and methodologies. 

The role involves architecting complex data solutions, managing high-visibility projects for leaders and business partners, They are a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure analytics solutions and reporting align with strategic business objectives.

  • Architect enterprise-wide analytics solutions and establish data strategy frameworks for organizational transformation initiatives;
  • Lead strategic consulting engagements with business leadership and provide data-driven insights for critical business decisions;  
  • Leverage the results of advanced machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions for business optimization;  
  • There is a large amount of reporting on business performance for campaigns and digital performance on the website. 
  • Establish organizational analytics standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across all business units; 
  • Constantly challenging the status quo and leverageing AI tools to get more done. 
  • Engaged  in direct cross-functional teams and manage complex analytics projects from conception to implementation;  
  • Develop organizational capability through training programs and knowledge transfer initiatives for analytics teams; 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline; 
  • Minimum of 5 + years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles; 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior analyst or lead analyst capacity; 
  • Experience mentoring junior team members; 
  • Experience in telecommunications or similar data-intensive environment preferred. 
  • Advanced proficiency with BI and analytics platforms including Tableau, Business Objects, WIndsurf, Snowflake Cortex, or similar enterprise tools; 
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and /or digital analytics and success metrics;
  • Expert-level knowledge of SQL, Python, for complex data manipulation and statistical analysis; 
  • Knowledge of CI/CD methodology and processes.
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions, VBA, and data modeling techniques; 
  • Understanding of data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and data governance principles; 
  • Experience with statistical analysis software and advanced analytics techniques; 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives; 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting; 
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing demands effectively.
